I was submitted a character from a player and I noticed something I think is an error in HD, but would like to know if I missed something.

The power is:
Mini Fireball Blasts
1d6+1 Killing Attack - Ranged (vs ED) (20 Active)
Area of Effect Non selective (One Hex; +1/4)
Armor Piercing (+1/2)
Autofire (3 shots; +1 1/4)
60 active total
END cost 12

Shouldn't the End cost be:
[(20/10) * (1+.25+.5)] = 3.5 => rounded to 3 END for each blast then multiplied by 3 for number of shots? leaving total 9 END cost?

I just created the same power on my computer and it comes out to 6 END per shot, which is correct. The Autofire is part of the Active Cost, so the END is based on the full 60 points.
I'm not sure how it gave you 12 instead.

Make sure the Power isn't in a list (or Power Framework) which has the x2 END Limitation placed on it....that's the only thing I can think of offhand that would be giving you a 12 END.
