Hovering robotic cameras (say 3) that follow the character and record him for later playback? I originally though Images, but the Clairisentience power retrocognition-only looked doable, but then I saw Eiditic Memory which is Clairisentience with a TON of shortcuts on it to make it cheaper (it looks like it's 20 pts with -3 in modifieries, with all those senses it should be at least 60 pts with -3 modifiers if bought normally.)

Have you considered building robotic Followers with the appropriate abilities?

I think Eidetic Memory, OIF floating robotic drones would do it. (Each individual drone is Accessible, but since there are 3 I'd make them collectively an Inaccessible Focus.)

If the character wanted to use them more extensively (like send them around corners to scout, etc.) then I'd buy Clairsentience as well (with "perception point visible" and other appropriate modifiers).
