I am trying to use this concept; Two lesser forms, of equal points, combine to form one Uber character...One suggestion was use the multi form where one form is twins, (duplication always on, inherent...) the other, the Uber.
OR
The Uber form has Duplication and multiform, where the duplicate is twin #1, which triggers a no conscious control change to twin#2. Would that mean that twin #2 would have to pay for the Uber form? The Rules state that "the most expensive form is payed for" so, twin#2 carries the cost. But I think it makes more sense for the Uber to pay the cost-FOR HIS OWN FORM.
Now that you are all confused and distracted, I will pilfer your things!! BWA-HA-HA!!:D

Then I'm afraid you're going to get away with them, because I'm definitely confused. ;)

There's a discussion of "combining" on page 107 of The Ultimate Vehicle that covers topics of this sort. You could adapt it to characters (as opposed to mecha) without too much trouble, I 'spect.
