Export Tags - OCV/DCV

Dan,

when exporting a character the OCV and DCV Tags don't share the Common Characteristic Tags and don't export Primary, Secondary, Cost, Total or recognize the Close Tag; I could have sworn they did at one point during the test, did something change?

There was a conflict with the existing OCV and DCV export tags. The characteristic containers were switched to OCV_CHAR and DCV_CHAR.
