I just cant get HD installed. I cant download from my account pages, it simply goes to a blank webpage. When I go to the Installer page for HD I try and DL it and I either get a Setup folder, which has no way to install. Or, I get a file that asks Me what to open it with. i tried all the java files I have and one brings up an option window but just closes when I click OK. I have Java^ installed.
What am I doing wrong? Help!

Sounds like you're having multiple problems that are just compounding each other.
Let's start with the basics. When you download the installer, you need to make sure that it saves as "HDv3Setup.jar" -- not "HDv3Setup.zip" and not "HDv3Setup.jar.zip" -- the extension on the file is important....it tells your system how to open it. IE may try to "helpfully" rename the file for you to a zip file. You either need to prevent that or rename the file once you download it.
Once you have the file extension correct, it sounds like your system may have a bad configuration -- it's trying to open .jar files (Java archives) with your compression utility (WinZip, etc.). While there are manual ways to reset the file associations on your system, the easiest is likely to just re-download Java and re-install it on your system. The installation of Java will set all of the system file associations.
