Do you mean, excluding the "HERO Links" at the top of the page?
Here are a few of my favorites that aren't listed there:
The Master Lists of Limitations:
http://www.globalguardians.com/master%20lists/
Hosted by the Global Guardians PBEM, this is a vast archive of custom Physical, Mental and Social Limitations created by HERO gamers. If you've wanted to give your character an unusual Disadvantage but weren't sure how it should work or what it would cost, chances are you'll find something useful here.
Hero Games Product List:
http://rhinobunny.com/derek/champions/herogameslist.html
Derek Hiemforth has compiled this virtually complete list of all books, modules, and e-books that contain HERO System material, from every edition, by every publisher. Thorough and well-organized, this list is a must for the completist collector.
Random Character Generator:
http://www.trimira.com/hero_stuff/hero_stuff.html
Fellow board member niakki has created this wonderful generator for Champions and FH characters. Very flexible and customizable, just the thing for whipping up an NPC on short notice, or givng a design-challenged player a PC to work with.
The Great Net Book of Real Heroes:
http://www.sysabend.org/champions/gnborh/index.html
A huge but coherently organized collection of comic-book and other characters from multiple sources, converted to HERO System stats. Submitted by many authors, often resulting in multiple interpretations of the same character. Many of these are still in 4E HERO, but are easy enough to update.

I received a surprising amount of e-mail when our low powered game site went inactive. I didn't think anyone looked at it more than once, and only when I pimped it.
http://www.thefumbler.com/champions/
Some of the news stories have phot manips, which people liked (the first filming of Gossamer and Bolt on a security camera still are pretty cool, imo). http://www.thefumbler.com/champions/news/12801.html
In terms of this game... the terrorists won. :(
We were set in the "real world" and everyone was pretty much getting all "gung ho, kick some terrorist butt" and "we don't want to turn into some sort of militant, anti-terrorist game" at the same time. So we halted it.
If nothing else, it was a fun distraction from our way too long normal supers game.
I've had the bug, though, so I'm making an online Enemies book. And I might post the campaign I've been working on (with much great input from other board posters) even though I might never run it (I'm not really the GM type). I might archive the link above, too, on my new web space.

This is a game in which I've recently assumed the role of GM. It's mostly an interactive fiction game with a rather large amount of material written. We've been using the HERO system as the framework for the game. Whenever the rules are a bit restrictive (or would flat out forbid a given action), the plot and or the "coolness" factor takes precedence.
Even if you don't want to wade through the tremendous amount of written material (which would be a shame), there are a rather large number of character write-ups, artwork, (incl. a fair amount by the Tremendously Talented Storn Cook) and brief NPC descriptions. You can find the link in the "Hero Links" section or you can point your browser to:

Questions, Comments and the occasional smart remarks are welcome...

HERO System Background Skills:
http://fcain.tripod.com/hero_system/background_skills.html
Franklin W. Cain organized a host of Science, Professional and other background Skills in an easy-to-find format, giving you precise names and definitions, and notes on how different types of Skills should be handled in game. Slightly dated with the change to 5E, but if you want to fill in the fine shadings of your character's Skill list, this compendium is very useful.

This is one of my favorites. I particulary like the artwork that is much like the Batman/SuperMan/Justice League cartoons.

What's weird about this site is that some of the B&W sketches appear to be done after the color images (I mean, because some are just photo-manips. What? You don't recognize Fabio in at least one of them?)
I can't believe it's not butter...
