Rules FAQ Updated

Ben recently posted the latest update to the Rules FAQ. The various PDFs and what-all have not yet been updated.

Thanks for putting the Power Frameworks page back up! :) Though the *NEW* tags are still red for some reason, at least in the pages I checked (Powers and Power Limitations). *pulls out a waitress's pad* What kind of hot chocolate would you like to relax with once you're done? -- Pteryx

I have sent it to him but have heard nothing since. Perhaps he's on a well deserved vacation.
