So quick question hopefully. I am using the new hero designer and after creating characters I shut down the program. When loading the new 6e characters up some have flight with Reduced END and no END modifiers but hero designer is throwing up warnings saying that those are illegal modifiers since flight doesn't cost endurance and not sure if i messed up and selected a different option on that I didn't want or what. Any help would be appreciated thanks. I have also tried restarting the program a couple times and it always seems to throw the flag.

Post the character file in question.
offhand, three possibilities come to mind:
1. You've tried to take a 5E character and change the template to 6E
2. You've somehow managed to finnagle both Reduced END (1/2 END) and 0 END onto the same Power (via a common list modifier, etc.). Shouldn't be allowed, but there may be a loophole to look into.
3. You have Flight with no levels purchased (making it 0 END, effectively)....which would make Reduced END invalid.

Sorry its taken me so long to reply I actually found out the issue while looking at the character when trying to export it. The characters template somehow got changed to a base, not sure how must have hit the wrong buttons or something but when switched back to super heroic 6th edition it came out fine. So sorry to waste time with silly questions and thanks again for helping.
