in the character creation guidelines it mentions say for standard superheroic that the defence is 20-25 DEF/12-18r DEF. my question is does the 25 DEF inlude the 18r or are they seperate in other words if i built a birck to the max defence for the power level would he have a total of 25pd 18 of it is resistant or does he have 18rPD & 25 PD for a total of 43 DEF. i did notice that the max dice average damage is 49 stun, 14 body so to me the 2nd figure sounds more right but id like a confrimation.
