Steve,
I was looking through Fred the other day making up a list of house rules, and I noticed something (Sorry away from book so can't give a page numebr right now)
Essentialy it said in a Super heroic game there is no limit on Running/Swimming/leaping
My question is this:
If a character has taken NCM is this resinded, and those three powers are limited?
On the one hand I can understand if they are because they are characteristics all characters share, on the other hand there are other movement abilities (Flight, TPort, Swinging) that are not effected, so it would make a type of internal logic if they were excluded from NCM.
