Details are always helpful. Specifically, where you are running into problems and what you are seeing.

If you have Java installed on your system (one of the prerequisites for running HD), you simply follow the directions on the website (where you downloaded the installer from):

1. Save the installer to your system as HDv3Setup.jar

2. Double-click the installer.

3. Profit.

Thanks, I downloaded from herogames. It says to click setup, which there is none. I have the latest Java installed. I am running it from my desktop. The problem is none of the files are exe or say 'setup'. So, there is no way for it to run. If was easy as you said, I would not have asked. Thanks again for trying.

What's the name of the file you downloaded? Is it HDv3Setup.zip or HDv3Setup.jar?

Actually, the installer page says "Once you have downloaded the installer, simply double-click on the file to run the setup."

The link to download the installer is immediately before that statement.

You save the installer as "HDv3Setup.jar" Once saved, you double-click. That's it.

HDv3Setup.zip

Either redownload or rename the file to HDv3Setup.JAR

as per the instructions.

Your browser is renaming the file to "HDv3Setup.zip"

Save the file as HDv3Setup.jar (no .zip extension).

You can do this by either renaming your existing download and changing the extension to .jar or you can re-download the installer and set the file type to "All Files" in the save as dialog within IE. Ensure that the file name and extension read "HDv3Setup.jar"
