On 6E2 39, I see a parenthetical:
"A character using a Mental Power uses EGO instead of DEX to determine when he acts in the Phase. (However, his SPD still derives from his DEX.)"
Is this an oversight? I don't understand what "derives from" can mean now that figured characteristics aren't.
