While the Perk is limited to 5 maximum, it does not allow for the Hidden adder pts.
Thus a 3 pt Access with -4 Hidden is listed as 5 ptrs, instead of totalling 7pts

Correct citation of Star Hero pg. 48.
But GN's option for Adv. Tech in single category 10 pts. not an option

Computer Link limited to 10 pts. as per fred.
But Custom Adders are not added to total past 10 pts.

Minimum value for a contact is 1 pt.
Currently a zero pt value can be obtained

Tags for name field are shown in Tab display but are not applied.
ex: < i > City prison < /i > Contact
appears in tab but the name is not in italics
same with all above perks

Pull down the update from the HD site. There was a file missing in the upgrade which has been fixed in the update....the version will remain the same, the only change will be the tags.

That's because the maximum cost for the ability is 10 points.

I thought about this a bit and decided to change the way Custom Adders are added in...they will be accounted for after the minimum/maximum is checked. So a Custom Adder can take you over the max cost or under the min cost set for the ability.

Characters pay 1 pt for every 5 base points in Follower
Characters pay 1 pt. for 1 pt. if Follower total points exceed total Character pts.
Thus a 150 pt character, with 150 pt follower, pays 1 pt per 1pt. for the PERK: Follower when Follower total pt value is 150+ pts.
Points spent in this way are not rebated when Character points catch up and exceed Follower pts.
Perhaos a field for Ttoal Character pts. to be compared with Current Follower pts. ?
-----------------
Edit: Yes , i see how runing a superhero template with 350 pts. When I made a Follower of 355 it compensated
My point was made just comparing current values. At 10 pts. with 50 pt. Follower.
Close enough for me

Your reading of the rules is incorrect.
The character pays 1 point for every 5 <b>Base Points</b> possessed by the Follower. However, this cost only applies as long as the Follower's total points (Base Points + Disadvantages) is less than or equal to the Character Points of the original character. After this, the character pays 1 Character Point for each Character Point possessed by the Follower.
This is exactly the way HD does things.
Make sure you're not getting confused on the Base Points/Disadvantag Points settings on the Follower....that's where most folks make their math errors (which is another reason why it's nice to have HD doing things for you).
