Templates - Inheritance

Hi Dan, I was going to go back to the old Discussion area to see when/where I missed it, but noticed now it all directs here. So chances are this is a repeat question but anyway...how do we test the template inheritance, or is that feature available yet?

If you open up "Hero Designer.jar" using WinZIp or some other zip utility you'll find the current template definitions.

All of the basic templates descend/inherit from "Main.hdt". Looking at the definitions of the basic templates should show you how to work things.

If you still have specific questions after looking over the templates, let me know and I'd be glad to help you out.

We will, of course, be including full directions in the PDF manual on how to do all of this, but the v2 docs haven't been completed yet.
