Making a pool. Wanted a STR boost as an available slot. Opened STR, tried to add Reduced END. Was not on the limitations list. Opened the "unavailable limitations" list. Was there. Highlited it and asked why. Said STR did not use END. Came out, STR had an END cost on the Character sheet.
Saved work in progress, exited, restarted, and was able to add Reduced END to the STR. Has worked fine since then.
Just thought I'd mention it.

Sounds like you were trying to buy +0 STR. +0 STR does not cost END.
If you buy +1 STR (or more), you will find that it does cost END and (therefore) Reduced END will be made available.

Could be. Don't remember if I tried to set advantages before the amount of STR or after.

To make life a bit easier, I just changed things (available in the next update) so that the available modifiers will be calculated from the total characteristic value if you have checked off "Add Modifiers to Base Characteristic".
In other words, if you have that checked, the modifier intelligence will take the base Characteristic value into account.
