Gun ranges

Just to ask: Are the ranges for guns in FREd supposed to be calculated per the active points?

If so, rifles should get the "Increased Maximum Range" advantage, no?

Yes, they're supposed to be calculated in the normal manner. You can certainly add IMR to the rifles if you want.
