Haymaker & Mental Powers

Now that all attack powers can use the Haymaker manuever, and since Mental Powers work "mind to mind" and aren't affected by things like range modifiers (requiring only line of sight), if the target of a Haymakered Mental Power moves, will he still be hit by the power (assuming the target's movement doesn't take him out of line-of-sight of the attacker)?
