I was working with power modifiers, and expanded the modifiers display window horizontally to make it a little bigger. I had a slip of the mouse and I made the window too big.
This has seemed to set the minimum size for this window to this new width - a minimum horizontal size lock of some kind.
What this means is that I am stuck with a window that is too big. From this width (which I would guess is now about 800 px or so), I can resize it normally in both horizontal and vertical directions, except I cannot make it more narrow than the new width set above.
It is ONLY on the power modifiers window, which is the initial window I resized to start the problem. All other windows resize normally, and I can make them as narrow as a sliver if I wanted to.
The effect stays when I restart the program (I have not tried restarting my system yet.)
This is but a minor annoyance, and with my record, you probably won't be able to reproduce it.
