I just pushed up the update for version 2.0.23.
If you've already upgraded to v2, you do not need to go through the whole upgrade process again. Just download the file "update.jar" from the HD site and save it to your install directory (like you normally would).
This update fixes all bugs that have been found so far (except the maximized window covering the start bar, which is a bug in Java).
The main new feature in this version is the "Cost Multiplier" which is optionally turned on under the Campaign Rules and allows you to multiply or divide the cost of an ability (after all modifiers are taken into account).
