Question 1, what's the best way to show a Player's contribution to a base? Custom power? Or is there a method in HD 2.xx that I'm missing?

Question 2, one of my player wants to have a multi-power where everything is 2X END. THEN he gets an OAF END Reserve with "buy-off" 2X END. Assuming that is even legal, what's the best way to show that in HD 2?

1. There's a number of ways to do that....Custom Talent is probably the easiest, though.

2. I'm not really the one to ask on that....though it sounds like you buy the MP and the END Reserve as normal and then purchase a Naked Modifier for Reduced END (x1/2)
