Mental Power and Find Weakness

1) If I have a mental power with the mandatory effect (EGO+10) does this means that all my use of this power must reach the desired level of effect +10 or that I cannot use level effect minus that EGO +10 (in this case Greater than Ego)?

2) It is little unclear the class of attacks that you can purchase for Find Weakness, can you give me some examples?
If I have this power only for one attack, this includes every manouver (martial or not) that I could do with it? How is considered the attack "fist"?

1. It means the character must always try to achieve, at a minimum, the EGO +10 level. If he fails to do so, the power fails to work (just as it always does if the character doesn’t reach his target level of effect).

2. At its lowest level of effect, Find Weakness applies to one Attack Power or method of attack. Examples include Punch (a specific form of Strike), Energy Blast, Martial Strike, Sword, Fire Bolt Spell, and the like. As noted in the Rules FAQ, if bought for a Martial Maneuver, Find Weakness would apply to both barehanded and armed uses of that Maneuver. Generally, if Find Weakness at this level is bought for a single attack that could be used with multiple maneuvers or the like — such as Swords, where a character could strike with his sword using a variety of maneuvers — the Find Weakness only applies when the character performs a Strike or other basic attack with that attack, not to any use of that attack. The GM can allow a character to define which maneuver the Find Weakness applies to, if appropriate (e.g., “Find Weakness with Offensive Strike with Swords”), but usually it’s best if it applies to a standard Strike.

At its second level of effect, Find Weakness works with a group of related attacks. This is the level to take if a character wants to use Find Weakness with all of his Martial Maneuvers, or with any attack/Maneuver/etc. used with a specific weapon.

At its third level of effect, Find Weakness applies to all attacks.
