Okay, question about submitting an article for Digital HERO -- in the last couple of days I've tossed around a suggested way to do a particular 'brick stunt' over in another thread here on the HERO Games boards. Zornwil suggested that properly written up, it might be an acceptable DH article. Do you guys accept submissions if the idea has already been bandied about in another thread, if the submitter is the original poster of the idea, or has discussing it in a public forum foreclosed that option?

It's a matter of how original the ideas in and content of the article are to you. Generally there's nothing wrong with hashing one's ideas out in public, nor with creating your own version of a general concept discussed in public -- but by the same token, taking someone else's idea, writing it up, and claiming it solely as your own work really ain't right. But the sheer fact that the idea's been discussed in public doesn't invalidate it as a potential article.

Perhaps the best thing to do would be ask the other people who contributed to your ideas if they'd mind if you wrote it up. Ultimately, though, you should OK the idea with Dave before doing any work; he may not want/need an article on that subject. ;)
