Aid to a Multipower

If I have an Aid that aids a Multipower will it automagically Aid the powers within the Multipower or would I need to Aid each power as well?

I believe you have to first aid the base, then you can aid slots (you can't Aid a slot above the points in the base)

well the multipower has a base amount of power that you are aiding
I would just say you would need to use a portion of the aid to raise what you would need to pay for the slot cost

a 60 pt base
each slot costs 6 pts(5 slots for 30 pts)


now you ait the 60 pt base to 80 pts
each slot should now cost 8 pts each(5 slots for 40 pts)

you would need to have the aid add a total of 30 points

This is discussed under Positively Adjusting Power Frameworks on 6E1, pages 139-140. The short answer is, you must Aid both the Multipower reserve and each slot as well.
