A Question about Con in the Kingdom Rules

I'm confused by the rules regarding a Kingdom's Con. How many people does each point of Con represent? I ask because I didn't see a table for it in the book. Thank ya Steve for answering my question in advance.

There is no set amount. If the GM wants to establish an exact ratio, that's up to him. The ratio might be very different for, say, an intergalactic empire as compared to a small kingdom. Otherwise the rules would have to require you to spend tens of thousands of points on CON for some types of Kingdoms, and none of us want that much bookkeeping. ;)
