Which one takes priority?

If a chracter is under the effect of Berserker Fury as written in FH, and is Struck with fear (PRE Drain) so that his PRE is reduced below zero, does the character run away if he fails a PRE roll, or does he still attack the nearest moving thing?

Does the order in which the two are applied make any difference? For example let's say the fear is what triggered a Berserker Fury.

As always, thankseversomuchinadvance!

Hmmm, interesting question. Sounds like a pro wrestling match: "Fear versus Berserk!! Who will win in this clash of titans?!?!?!" ;)

Regardless of the order they’re applied in, both would take effect — the character would lose PRE from the Drain, and also be Berserk while gaining the benefits of Berserk Fury. If the loss of PRE causes the character to run away in fear (loss of PRE might or might not cause that to occur, depending on circumstances), he’d probably make Half Moves away from the cause of the fear and attack targets if there are any to attack, or just run full-tilt until he comes to a target otherwise. I think that if the character is Berserk before the Drain PRE, then it would be entirely reasonable for the GM to allow him a roll to recover from being Berserk because of the loss of PRE.
