Adding damage to Hand-To-Hand Attacks vs ED

I understand from reading in 6E1 pg 231 that STR adds to the damage done by a Hand-To-Hand Attack that goes against ED. Would additional damage coming from martial maneuvers, move-bys, and move-throughs also add to the total damage of the attack?

The standard rules on Adding Damage would apply, unless of course the GM rules otherwise. And the special effect of the attack is certainly one factor the GM should consider in making that decision.
