Clinging

I have a question, if you build a power with Clinging, aoe, sticky, usable against others, continuous, +40 str, how much flight does someone need to escape the clinging? 50"?

Just curious: Why not use Entangle?
I'm pretty sure the idea started as "what would happen if you applied UAA to Clinging" not an attempt to replace Entangle. (I could be wrong, of course.) If you read the thread Hyper-Man linked you'd see that there are a number of suggested differences between the two.
