Sense Modifier Range Bug?

I added Range through Sense Modifiers to Normal Touch and wanted to add the Limitation Limited Range. Limited Range was on the Unavailable Limitations List with the View Reason button explanation: "Limited Range can only be applied to Ranged Powers".

Correct, because a Sense (even a Sense with the Range Sense Modifier) is not a Ranged Power. It's range is not determined by Active Points / 5. Nor does it follow any of the other rules for Ranged Powers.

If you have a Sense which is usable at only a limited range, then it's going to have to be a Custom Modifier. The value of that Custom Modifier is something that you and your GM are going to have to agree on, based on how limiting the reduced range actually is.
