somthing you might want to look at is the continueing charges.
3 Luck 3d6, 16000 Boostable Continuing Charges lasting 1 Hour each (+1/4), Usable By Others (+1/4), Delayed Effect (x1) (+1/4) (26 Active Points); Extra Time 6 Hours (-3 1/2), OAF Fragile (-1 1/4), Concentration 0 DCV, throughout (-1), RSR (-1/2)
this is a potion i was working on for my alchemist char and i dont think this is right.
that many charges, boostable? and only 3 points wats wrong with this picture?
i ll ad my char just so you can see the where it comes in at.

The calculation is fine. The Power is already 0-END. That puts a cap of +0 on the Charges. Adding in Boostable brings the total to +1/4 (as listed).
You have a total of +3/4 in Advantages on a 15 point Power. This gives you 26 Active Points (as shown).
You have a total of -6 3/4 in Limitations on the Power. 26/(1+6.75) = 3.35 = 3 points.

Ok... interesting, I didnt know it did that.
that leaves a giant hole for rules rapists to leap into. Guess at that point it becomes GM's discretion huh?

Not really. The logic behind the rule is very sound.
What benefit are you getting from 16000 Charges on your Luck? None. It's no different from just having Luck. The 0-END benefit of Charges is not needed....Luck does not cost END.
So you don't lose, or gain, anything. That is pretty much the definition of a -0 Limitation.
Adding in Boostable changes things a bit....it makes it a bit more powerful. According to the rules, it makes it more powerful by +1/4.
You've got so many Limitations on there that the Advantages don't really even come into play much.

Its suposed to be a luck potion.
hes only got 2 so far and this was the seconed and as i was bulding it i noticed this effect.
as a more or less honest gamer im going to lower the charges to 6 or so but it was a interestin idea for a sec.
48000d6 of luck "hey look The Nameless Horror dropped his wallet and its got his address."
