Hey there, I am considering running Hero at a gaming/sci-fi con I will be going to called Necronomicon. However I do not have an adventure or anything. Does Legion actually supply you with adventures for a con?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have one Champions adventure I can supply if you like; drop me a line at SteveL@herogames.com if you want it. There are some in various issues of DIGITAL HERO, if you get that, which would work well as con adventures and probably wouldn't be familiar to your potential players.

It's a really busy month, but I hope Leah and I can get together very soon to fine tune Champions 101 and put it in the Legion of Heroes section for cons needing a tournament.

I'm hoping to get time soon to tweak Behind Friendly Lines a bit and put it up for download. (It's PRIMUS agents on a training mission that goes sour.) I've got a stained glass dragon to finish for a convention charity raffle first, though.

I am not sure if I should post this but my regular group and I just last night playtested it, (they will not be playing it at the Con), and it turned out to be alot of fun.
My only real problem I see is with Witchcraft. Aside from the fact that the adventure uses mainly robots, I am not sure if someone with a VPP should be used by a beginner player.
Do you have any suggestions?
BTW the name of the adventure is the Metallosphere Project.

Well, remember that she can't change her VPP at will; it takes some time and effort. Pre-build a few powers -- a half-dozen or a dozen, say -- for the player to choose from.

That was exactly what I planned before isabella interrupted game fest. I was going to push for a hero track at this years Hochcon (Nov 7-9) in Tyson's Corner, VA but they have all the premiers that were supposed to happen at game fest plus some new ones. Hopefully next year. two of the organizers (ok and I play in their campaigns) were quite interested in playing champions. I'll keep nudging them.
There is also the possibility of a con somewhere near DC or Baltimore or Richmond towards the end of the year. I'll post more details if it actually is going to occur. Since that will be a get the retiring modules played before the end of the year thing I might get some support to run some original stuff in hero for the judges :)
