Hi, Steve. I hope you and Osiris kept warm and dry while Isabel threw her fit.
This came up in a game yesterday, and I wondered what the official ruling would be:
Power Skill can be used for a Power with the Requires a Skill Roll Limitation, and also to try to do unusual things with a Power. Suppose a character with an RSR Power attempts to use the Power Skill to try a trick with that same Power? He would have to make his roll successfully to use the Power at all that Phase, so can he try a second roll to successfully perform the trick? Or should it be one roll for both, perhaps with a penalty for difficulty?
