A) If using a Killing damage weapon and an armed Matial art, and using the weapon with a Killing Strike Maneuver:

1) Does the Maneuver damage add to the weapon as Base damage since it is also Killing damage?

2) Do purchased extra M/A DCs add at the 2 to 1 like normal, or do they add at 1 to 1 in this instance?

B) When using a Martial Maneuver (either from a weapon oriented Art, or a barehanded art w/ the appropriate Weapon Element & Familiarity) with a Killing damage weapon, STR (above the STR min for the weapon) still adds to the damage along with the extra DCs (maneuver & extra purchased) from the Art?

1. The type of Maneuver doesn’t matter; the DCs add in the normal way at the normal rate.

2. I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking here. A character using a weapon can increase its damage via STR, Martial Maneuvers, CSLs, velocity, and however many other methods he has available to him given the circumstances — subject, as always, to the rule about not more than doubling the base attack’s damage.

What you may be asking is: can a character apply his STR to a Martial Maneuver to increase its damage, then add all that damage to his weapon, and then also add his STR to the weapon as well (meaning he effectively adds his STR to the weapon twice)? The answer to that is “no.” When a character applies a Martial Maneuver to a weapon, he just applies the Damage Classes added by the Maneuver, not Damage Classes + STR. If he wants to add his STR to the weapon attack, he does so separately using the standard rules for doing so.
