It's looking like the Interior Art nod is merely an Honorable Mention. I'm not sure what that means in this context, though, like whether it's still eligible to actually win.

Nonetheless, congratulations all around. I think there's a good shot at winning one or both of the others.

Hero Games getting any sort of props from the gaming community for their books' artwork is a nice change, though. The new approach may have more people taking notice. :)

"Best Rules" and "Best Game" victories may depend on whether the judges this year appreciate the "rules-heavy" approach; but Lucha Libre HERO seems to have generated buzz across a spectrum of gamers as a great genre resource regardless of game system. This is the horse I would back.

That means Pathfinder is probably a lock for Best Game, but HERO 6 has a reasonable shot at Best Rules, and LLH has a chance to beat D&D's Player's Handbook 3 for Best Supplement.

Oh, I hope so. I was highly disappointed last year when Monster Manual 4E won out over Creatures Anathema... but D&D is still the 800 pound gorilla.
