Clarification On Earlier Request

Looking through old post I wanted to clarify something.

I'd like HD to print out the affect that new talents give ( where applicable). I realieze the HD is not meant to be a replacement. I'd just like it to print out the necessary gaming info.

So that when you in a middle of a game the sheet gives you the necessary info, instead of cycling through books to find the Plus to DCV Compat Spellcaster gives. I

f DOJs decides it's a bad idea, ok. Just thought I'd clarify a bit was all.

As I answered before: No.

HD is not a replacement for the books. It gives the basic summary of the ability, that's it. If you need more, the page number (and the book that the ability is from) is listed with the definition.

I not trying to argue or anything, just wanted to clarify. Seems to me it would be far more useful if it gave you the bare mimimum necessary.

If the user needs to go in and modify the entry to have the bare minmum necessary for game play there's really no need to even have it listed. Just using Custom skill/per/talent/power would take just about as much time

If you're talking about the actual output of the ability and not the definition, then the output is entirely determined by the WG. What Hero Games feels is necessary information is included. If they don't feel that it's necessary info, then it is not included.

There comes a point where you have to know the rules of the system....know what the various abilities do and how they are played. This would be one of those points.
