Fanfic/short stories/ etc.

I saw the thread by The_Patriot where he placed the beginning of a short story in this subforum. I was considering doing likewise. Is this the proper place for such things? Is there a proper place for such things? If no one knows, where would I find the answer?

I don't think there's a "proper" place for them .. probably in the appropriate genre or, if I can recommend it, a blog (which would work out well IMHO) :)

Thanks. I had found that but I haven't seen any way for me to make one yet. But, perhaps it will take the system a little time to register that I have broken 10 posts.
