Multiple Attack with a big slot in a multipower

Are you allowed to perform a Multiple Attack (where you attack with the same power twice in a row) with a power contained in a multipower slot, assuming the slot takes up the entire reserve? 6E1 399 seems to imply that you have to use two different slots to make a Multiple Attack, and that might also imply that you would need to have enough room to allocate the same slot twice in order to perform a Multiple Attack to hit with that power twice.

6E1 399 is referring to the use of two or more slots to make a Multiple Attack. There's no question at all under the rules that a character could use a single slot in a Power Framework to make a Multiple Attack by firing it multiple times.
