Availability of 6E Bestiary in the UK?

Hi folks

I noticed the other day that the hardcopy of the 6E Bestiary was added to the on-line store in the last week of June. Several other US web sites are also offering the Bestiary now. However, I am unable to get hold of it in the UK. I regularly visit FLGSs in Burton, Birmingham and London, and they say it isn't available. Should it be available in the UK by now?

I am beginning to suspect that this is another book that these guys at Esdevium Games http://www.esdeviumgames.com/index.php have failed to order. We have seen this previously with other Hero Games books such as Enchanted Items. Could you perhaps give them a prod? As far as I can tell, these guys are THE games distributors to FLGSs in the UK so if they don't order any for distribution then we don't get it.

Umm, Esdevium did order Bestiary, and they've had them for probably 10 days now. I don't know why it wouldn't be available there. Maybe something's slowed down in their system? Can you get Champs Universe there? (Those were in the same shipment.) dw

I have not seen anything new for HERO in the past month or so. Esdevium have a newsletter each week that describes the new releases here http://www.esdeviumgames.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownload&cid=10&orderby=dateD. There is no mention of Bestiary or Champions Universe over the last month. A check of a few key FLGSs confirms that neither book is available.

Maybe the shipment has been delayed? It sounds like to me that my FLGS should be getting copies of these books in the next couple of weeks. I'll contact my FLGS and have them ask (nag :) ) the distributor about it.

UPDATE: My FLGS phoned Esdevium this morning. Apparently the books may ship next week to shops or more likely the week after. It seems they have taken a long time to cross the Atlantic. My FLGS suspects they've been sent by boat rather than air freight.

Both Bestiary and Champions Universe are scheduled for distribution to uk FLGSs this week. They should be in stores from 3rd August.
