Version 2.0.29 is available for download.
Sorry for the rapid update, but there were a couple of problems in 2.0.28 which seemed to be preventing folks from getting very far in testing. All problems that have been reported have been fixed.
About the only other (major) change in this version is a re-work on Variable Limitations based on a change in the rules regarding rounding of half-values (like total Limitations of -3/4 -- used to round to -1/2 Limitation, now rounds to -1/4).
