So are these three volumes of Champions Villains coming out all at once? or spread out?..and if so..approximately how soon after Volume 1 can we expect Volume 2 ...and 3?

Spread out, a little. Volume 1 is in layout. Steve is working on Volume 2 right now. All three will probably be out by the end of the year.
