That character opens cleanly for me (no errors) under 2.0.32a
Please post your trace.log after the error occurs
Also, let me know what prefabs you have open....if possible, please post them as well.

I know you have probably given these instructions, so please post the link to thread you did so...
Speaking as someone who thinks magic elves living inside my computer 'make it go', how do you post a trace log?
The Prefabs I have open are Special Powers (Free Download version), Clairvoyant and Playboy from Champions prefabs, Brick Tricks from UMA and Cyberkinesis and Stretching from USPD. I cleared them out and the character loads ok now.

I'm not familiar with the Clairvoyant and Playboy prefabs that you've mentioned (they're not part of the Champions/CU character pack as far as I can tell), so we'll either need to get that trace.log posted of you'll need to email me a zip file of the prefabs mentioned.
Emailing a zip file of the prefabs would likely be easiest....and it would allow me to ensure that all errors get fixed. You can send them to support@herodesigner.com.
I've loaded all of the other prefabs without a problem, so if any of them are causing the problem, it would appear to be either Clairvoyant or Playboy.
To post a trace.log, you go to you install directory and find the file called "trace.log". You need to do this after the error occurs, but before you restart HD (restarting HD will clear out the log file). To post the file, you can either open it up in your favorite text editor and then copy all the text in it and paste it into a post, or rename the file to "trace.log.txt" or "trace.txt" and include it as an attachment on your post (use the "Attach file:" field beneath the main post area.

Might as well close this one. I cleared out the prefabs and reloaded them all and the character is opening ok now. Now that I know what to do, I'll post a trace log if the error occurs again.
