What is the value for "Only to Lift Objects" limitation on STR?

Whatever the GM thinks it should be, based on the frequency with which the character tends to use his STR for things other than lifting. For a brick, who fights with STR, it might be a fairly high value; for a gadgeteer or energy projector, it might be less. Or not. ;)
