I know this isn't a strictly 6th Ed question, but I thought I'd see if i could get clarification.

I want to use part of this build, but I want to make sure that I'm interpreting it correctly. She has a VPP that allows her to copy physical skills from another character. My interpretation is that this would include combat skill levels. Is that correct, or should the build be different to include that ability?

CSLs are a Skill, so they'd fall within the coverage of that ability assuming they are "physical." (For example, CSLs with Mental Powers probably wouldn't be considered "physical.") For detailed discussion of that sort of power and how it works, check out "Reflex Memory" on page 382 of Champions Powers -- it's not precisely the same ability but it's close enough to make no difference. ;)
