Strength and HA autofire

If you have 4d6 HA with autofire(+1/2) at 0 end(+1), and 45 strength at 0end(+1/2), how much end do you pay to use your strength with the autofire HA?

Let's not complicate things here. ;) If a character's paid for 0 END on both, then he's using 0 END. If the GM thinks the character's going to be using the Autofire HA so much that the character should also pay the higher "Autofire cost" for Reduced Endurance, he can certainly make the character do so.
