I've been reading and rereading the sections on complications, and it strikes me that there is a rather large hole in the explanations.
Nowhere is it stated exactly what the points are matching. Is it a one to one ratio? Is it a two to one? Five to one?
What happens if you don't take all the matching complication points you're allowed to?
