Breakfall and Acrobatics vs Throw

Does using either skill to resist a Throw count as an action for purposes of holding or aborting? I can't find 6E1 nor 6E2 specifying so, but as far as I can tell, they may fall under the last item of the left column chart of 6E2 23 if at all. So I guess I'm asking for a second opinion, and who better?

Using either Acrobatics or Breakfall to resist some or all of the effects of a Throw is an Action that takes no time, per TUS/HSS 73, 90.
