Transform vs. Desolification

In order for someone to use Transform to make a desolidified character solid does the Transform need to be purchased with the Affects Desolidification Advantage?

Yes -- assuming the GM even allows such a power at all. Many GMs may prefer that you use a Drain or Dispel versus Desolidification, since they're both intended for such things and Transform isn't supposed to substitute for other Powers.
