Suppose a brick has grabbed an opponent. On the next phase, if she had Martial Throw, could she do a half move with her held opponent and use the Martial Throw to generate Str + v/5 damage? A sort of super piledriver. ;)

Would it matter if the brick's casual str is enough to hold her foe with ease such as a 60 str brick grabbing a 10 str foe?

As a default rule, no, because Martial Throw damage depends on the target’s own velocity (though as UMA discusses, the relative velocity of target and attacker can also factor in).

Definitely sounds like something that might be worth discussing as an optional rule in The Ultimate Brick, tho. ;)
