Reduced Endurance on Elemental Controls

If you apply the Reduced Endurance advantage to an elemental control pool, it recalulates the costs of the powers correctly, but doesn't reduce the listed END costs.

It works correctly for Multipowers and VPPs.

Well...you definitely found a problem in the app, just not the problem you think ;)

per FREd, you should not be allowed to apply Advantages to an EC, you're supposed to apply them to each slot individually.

I'll get that adjusted for the next build.
