I had applied "Cost END Only Costs END to Activate to Duplication. This has been working fine. Now (2.0.36) when I load my character, first I get a warning saying that "Costs END may not be applied to Duplication: because it already costs END. Then when I go to edit the power, it invalidates the Increased END Cost 5x END limitation because "Increased END can not be applied to a power that does not cost END." Then I am left with a Duplication power that cost no END .
To confuse matters more (or maybe it will clarify things), I can then add Costs END to Activate back into the power. But if I try and add Increased END 5x back, the Costs END limit gets invalidated again.
On the flip side, Reduced END is not allowed as an option, as "Duplication does not cost END"
