Suppose I have an item in my campaign called "The Frail Savant"
The item is +20 to INT, OAF Independant -3, for a total cost of 5cp.
Lets say when you equip the item that it causes -5 to STR.
The whole concept is in order to grant an item to a character but have that
character's total point value be exactly the same.
(If they lose the item they lose the INT, but gain back the STR)
Are there any rules for this? Is this the right way to do something like I suggested?
